2.1 Monthly Commitment: Child sponsorship is a monthly recurring commitment. By sponsoring a child, you agree to make regular monthly payments as per your selected sponsorship tier.
2.2 Payment Processing: Payments are processed automatically on the same day each month using your designated payment method.
2.3 Cancellation: You may cancel your sponsorship at any time with 30 days written notice. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
2.4 Refund Policy: Monthly sponsorship payments are non-refundable once processed. However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for extraordinary circumstances.
Sponsorship funds are used to provide education, healthcare, nutrition, shelter, clothing, and other essential needs for the children in our care. While we make every effort to direct funds to your specific sponsored child, donations support the overall operations of Royal Diamond Orphanage and benefit all children in our program.
4.1 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4.2 Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
4.3 Email Verification: All accounts must have a verified email address. You agree to verify your email upon registration.
Royal Diamond does not currently provide direct sponsor-to-child messaging, video calls, or visit scheduling through this website. Sponsorship updates are shared through the sponsor dashboard and other official channels.
Sponsors must not attempt to obtain or share a child's personal contact information or arrange private contact outside Royal Diamond's approved safeguarding procedures.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Royal Diamond Orphanage and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Photos and updates of your sponsored child are shared with you for personal use only. You agree not to share, publish, or distribute these materials on social media or other platforms without explicit written consent from Royal Diamond Orphanage.
Royal Diamond Orphanage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or any errors or omissions in the content provided.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
